About Tarzian Homes
Tarzian Homes originally started designing and building custom homes in the summer of 1975 and remained active through 1981, creating wonderful homes for our clients in Arlington Heights, Barrington Hills, Deer Park, Kildeer, Lake Bluff, Long Grove and Winnetka.
As many of Mr. Tarzian’s clients owned commercial office and manufacturing facilities, and being extremely pleased with the way their new homes turned out, they approached us to do remodeling, expansions and new construction for these facilities as well. With the tight credit and severe market turndown in residential construction starting in 1980, Mr. Tarzian changed his focus to the industrial and commercial markets, remaining in this sector until 2000 when he retired.
Eventually finding himself too young for retirement, Mr. Tarzian began to do business consulting, specializing in strategic planning, facilities relocations and manufacturing efficiencies, but his greatest love was still the design and construction of residential properties.
A long time commercial client expressed an interest in having a new home designed and built in late 2004 on a unique and beautiful site in Barrington Hills, and Tarzian Homes was reborn.
With Mr. Tarzian’s formal training in Architecture along with over 35 years of high level experience in the construction industry, Tarzian Homes delivers the highest quality of design and construction expertise to assure each client a smooth, enjoyable and rewarding experience on the development of their new home.
